Then, step into the majestic surroundings of the Hofburg Palace. This palace stood for 600 years at the centre of the Hapsburg Empire and reflects everything grandiose of this imperial age.

Indulge yourself in the city that is known for its wine, coffee and cakes. As well as feasting on sumptuous Viennese pastries in your hotel you will also spend an evening in a traditional Austrian wine tavern (Heuriger). It's a noisy, fun-filled evening full of typical Viennese food, music and, of course, wine!

Then, no visit to Vienna would be complete without a trip to a traditional coffee house. A Viennese institution, the coffee houses (Kaffeehaus) are abundant with mouth-watering cakes, sweets and biscuits, as well as the most delicious coffees and hot chocolates.

Extravagance

Where more befitting for a Gala dinner than in one of Vienna's sumptuous palaces? Spend your final evening in the lavish surroundings of Palais Leichtenstein, one of Vienna's most historical buildings. Dine on a sumptuous five-course meal while the band plays.

DAY ONE - SEDs

You will be discovering Vienna in a whole new way on the Segway tour! After a brief training session, hop on your Segway and take to the streets for a thrilling and hilarious sightseeing tour of some of the best-known landmarks of this beautiful city.

Then on to the Schönbrunn Palace where a mini-train will take you to the stunning Kaiserpavillion, a four-course meal and a famous Viennese guest!
